The beginning of this book is in Cairo, Egypt, where Dr. Klopfer is investigating the ancient tomb of Arragotus when suddenly the mummy comes to life and rips his face off. The next section  is at  Aaron Riggle's house where he has come into ownership of Slappy the dummy, when Slappy comes to life and spits green goo all over the house. The next section is about Cathy O'Connor, whose dad owns a local museum full of creepy relics. When Slappy arrives the same day Arragotus arrives, things get weird. This book is perfect for those who like scary, cliffhanging books.

A great book for those who like suspense and action.
